Victorian Labour Hire Licence
A2Z Labour Hire holds a current Victorian Labour Hire Licence as required under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018. All placements are made in full compliance with Victorian labour hire legislation.
WorkSafe Compliance
We operate in full compliance with WorkSafe Victoria requirements. Our safety management systems, incident reporting, and worker obligations meet all legislative standards.
PPE Provided to All Workers
Every worker deployed by A2Z is equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment before they arrive on site — safety boots, hi-vis vests, gloves, and any site-specific PPE required.
Pre-Deployment Induction
Workers complete a thorough pre-deployment induction covering manual handling, hazard identification, emergency procedures, and site-specific safety requirements before their first shift.
Right to Work Verification
All workers are verified for their right to work in Australia before placement. We maintain current records and conduct regular checks to ensure ongoing compliance.
Incident Reporting & Management
We have clear incident reporting protocols in place. Any workplace incident is documented, investigated, and reported in accordance with WorkSafe Victoria requirements.
